🚚 Shipping

Do you ship all across the United States?
Yes! We ship to all 50 states across the United States.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below this threshold will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note we do not ship on weekends. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow extra processing time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing (3–5 business days), please allow an additional 2–7 business days for delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 6 business days of ordering, please contact us at admin@safari-snacks.com.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars. Since we ship domestically within the United States, there are no customs charges. Applicable sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your state.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this window cannot be accommodated. Please email us immediately at admin@safari-snacks.com if you need to make a change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at admin@safari-snacks.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@safari-snacks.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping at no cost to you.
What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at admin@safari-snacks.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We'll resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days of us receiving your return or approving your cancellation. Please contact your bank if you have questions about when the credit will appear on your statement.
